Frameless Glass Pool Fence
Here is another pool fencing job that we did this week. This time it’s a frameless glass pool fence. It’s so good – you can hardly see it! In places like this, going frameless is a great option.

Just a reminder that frameless glass pool fencing needs to have an appropriate concrete footing. If not sure, give us a call – we can get a footing done as a part of the job. it is important for a pool fence to be safe.
What type of spigots do you use? Are they safe around coastal areas?
We only use solid steel (marine grade 316 or better) round or square spigots. It’s the same grade stainless steel that they use on boats, so, it’s generally safe around coastal areas. Stainless steel, however, does require some maintenance and cleaning over time, but the marks and staining that it gets is usually non-corrosive. As an additional measure we sometimes use Enduroshield for stainless steel (similar to what we use for glass) that protects it and makes it easier to clean.
